Shipping & Delivery

 Australia

We deliver Australia-wide via the Australia Post Express Service. When you spend $100 or more at Posh Active we will Express Post your order to you free! When your order is less than $100, we will Express Post your order for a flat rate of  $10.00 or we will dispatch by ordinary post for free.

Orders received prior to 2.00pm (EST) on a business day will be processed that day. We will endeavour to have your order to you within 2-4 working days, however, as we are based in regional NSW delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please be mindful of problems that may arise, on occasions, within the Australia Post Express network, which are beyond our control.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us advising you, along with your Australia Post Tracking Number. If a problem arises please do not hesitate to contact us, via email: thegirls@posh-active.com.au so we may assist you.

New Zealand

For our New Zealand girls we have a $15.00 flat rate delivery cost. New Zealand and other International customers don’t pay the Australian GST and your  prices will be updated at our checkout page. Parcels usually take 3-7 days to reach New Zealand and may be subject to import taxes or duties.
         
International

For all other international  customers, we charge a flat overseas freight fee of AUD$40.00 and it will be your responsibility to pay any import duty or sales tax within your own country. We will not charge you Australian goods and services tax.

Out of Stocks

We update our  product availability constantly, however, if a product chosen is unavailable, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is a Limited Edition item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time  and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.

Privacy & Security

Privacy

Posh Active collects personal information only, to enable you to place an order, purchase a gift voucher or register for our regular emails.  To enable you to place an order, we need to collect information from you including your name, home, shipping and billing addresses, and your phone number. We also collect your email addresses to enable us to notify you when your order has been dispatched. A phone number of your choice will be provided to Australia Post to enable them to telephone you if necessary about the delivery of your order.
Your personal information will never be sold to a Third Party. Your personal information will only be shared  with Third Parties to enable your order or a service you have requested of Posh Active to be processed.

Security

Posh Active utilises Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your purchasing experience with us is safe and secure. SSL technology encrypts data sent from your computer to Posh Active over the internet. When SSL is enabled, you will be able to see a padlock icon in your browser window. Should you click on the icon you can find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration details.
You may also notice that "https:" rather than "http:" appears in your browser URL field at the top of your browser window. This also means that you are in secure mode.

Returns & Replacements

On receipt of your item, please try it on as soon as possible. We understand you may want to return something you have purchased and whilst we are happy to offer a refund, we request that you email us within 7 days to return your unwashed, unworn and unused items, with swing tag attached, in original condition, along with the invoice number.
If the request meets our return criteria you will be issued an RA number via email which must be clearly written on the outside of your package. We must receive the authorised merchandise for return no later than 30 days after the RA Number has been issued.
If you are returning or exchanging a faulty item we will pay for the postage costs. However, we are unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges.
As Posh Active is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail.  You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
If you have requested a refund we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of the style, size and colour that you would prefer. The item from the original order will first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. Any discounts received will be carried over in an exchange. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.
We reserve the right to deny any credits if the returned merchandise does not meet our Return Policy criteria. No exchange or refund will be given on FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE.

Pricing

All prices are displayed on our website in Australian dollars and include GST. if you are an international customer you will not be charged GST.
We work closely with our suppliers to ethically  source the best quality fabrics for our range. We value the workmanship of those who produce for us and in order to sustain the quality of our beautiful range we do not ask our suppliers for discounts.
Our prices will always remain competitive but not to the extent to which they exploit our suppliers, who mostly operate in emerging economies.
We simply ask that you respect our philosophy and not expect us to discount outside normal trading arrangements.

Payment

You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. Security of personal information is taken very seriously and we would like to assure you that your details are safe with us.

For International payments we only accept PayPal as a method of payment. Credit Cards from any country other than Australia will not be accepted. Also if you are currently overseas and wish to make a purchase you will need to use PayPal.

You can view your order by logging in to your account and then view current purchases.

Updating Account Information

You can update your personal details simply by logging into your POSH ACTIVE account and selecting 'MY ACCOUNT’ in the top right hand corner of the page. You can then edit your details. If you do not have an account you can create one by clicking 'SIGN IN' in the top right corner and selecting 'CREATE AN ACCOUNT'
